🍰 Enjoy the classic Starbucks Cake Pops recipe made easy at home for delicious, customizable treats.
πŸŽ‰ Perfect for parties or casual snacking, these cake pops combine effortless preparation with a fun, festive presentation.

  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 24 cake pops

Ingredients

– 1 box classic vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients required by the box instructions)

– 3 tablespoons vanilla frosting (pre-made)

– 24-36 cake pop sticks or lollipop sticks

– 12 ounces pink candy melts

– White sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

1-Prepare the cake batter according to the box instructions and bake. Allow the cake to cool completely at room temperature.

2-Remove the cake from the pan and discard the brown outer layer. Crumble the remaining cake into a large bowl.

3-Mix in the 3 tablespoons of vanilla frosting with the crumbled cake until well combined.

4-Shape the mixture into 24-36 evenly sized cake balls using a cookie scoop. Place the balls on a lined cookie sheet.

5-Melt the 12 ounces of pink candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.

6-Dip the tip of each cake pop stick into the melted candy and insert it halfway into each cake ball. Freeze the pops for 10-15 minutes.

7-After freezing, dip each cake pop completely into the melted candy melts, allowing excess coating to drip off.

8-Stand the pops upright in a styrofoam block or cardboard box to dry. Immediately add white sprinkles before the coating sets.

9-Allow the coating to harden fully before serving.
