– 4 oz (¼ cup) cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (method dependent)
– ¼ cup or 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (method dependent)
– ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 clove minced garlic

– fresh herbs (parsley, basil, chives) (optional variation)
Instructions
1-First Step: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
2-Second Step: In a bowl, combine the fresh spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder or minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. If you’re using the alternate method, add sour cream here and mix everything until it’s well blended.
3-Third Step: Method 1: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly to form small disks. Method 2: Place small mounds of shredded cheddar and mozzarella on the sheet, space them apart, flatten slightly, and top each with a spoonful of the spinach dip mixture.
4-Fourth Step: Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until the crisps are golden brown, bubbly, or have crisp edges that signal they’re ready.
5-Fifth Step: Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely for the best crispness.
