– 1 cup (180g) white chocolate chips

– 1 1/4 cups (about 110g) roughly chopped chocolate sandwich cookies (about 10 whole cookies)

– Gluten-free flour blend

– Flaxseed egg for vegan

– Plant-based margarine

Instructions
