Ingredients

– 2 naan flatbreads

– 1 cup cooked, shredded or diced chicken breast

– 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

– 1/4 cup diced cucumber

– 1/4 cup diced tomato

– 2 tablespoons sliced red onion

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven: preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get that ideal baking temperature.

2-Prepare all ingredients: shredding the cooked chicken and dicing the veggies, which makes assembly faster and more efficient. Place the naan flatbreads on a baking sheet for easy handling.

3-Brush each naan: brush each naan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, plus salt and pepper to taste for added flavor.

4-Spread about 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce: spread about 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce on each naan, leaving a border to keep the edges crisp.
