Instructions
1-First, spread butter on one side of the first slice of bread and place it butter-side-down in the pan.
2-Next, layer grated cheese, prosciutto, fresh sliced mozzarella, basil leaves, and pesto on the bread, seasoning with salt and pepper for extra taste.
3-Then, top with the second slice of bread, butter side up, and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts inside.
