Ingredients

– 10 fresh mint leaves

– 1/4 cup fresh raspberries

– 1 tablespoon coconut cream

– 1 tablespoon simple syrup

– Juice of 1/2 lime

– 2 ounces vodka

– Club soda (to top)

– Ice cubes (as needed)

– Fresh raspberries (for garnishes)

– Mint sprigs (for garnishes)

Instructions

1-Muddle the 10 fresh mint leaves and 1/4 cup fresh raspberries in a shaker until they’re crushed and fragrant, taking care not to overdo it to avoid bitterness.

2-Add 1 tablespoon coconut cream, 1 tablespoon simple syrup, the juice of 1/2 lime, and 2 ounces vodka to the shaker for that perfect blend.

3-Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until everything is well-chilled.

4-Strain the mixture into a glass already filled with fresh ice cubes to keep it cool and smooth.

5-Top with club soda for a fizzy finish, then gently stir to mix it all together.

6-Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint sprigs, and serve immediately for the best taste.
