Ingredients

– 1 package (approximately 14.3 oz) golden sandwich cookies, coarsely crushed

– 6 tablespoons (approximately 90 ml or 85g) melted butter

– 1 package (3.4 oz / 96g) instant cheesecake pudding mix

– 1 cup (240 ml) milk

– 1 tub (16 oz / 450g) whipped topping, thawed

– 4 cups (approximately 600g) chopped strawberries, divided

Instructions

1-Grease an 8” or 9” square pan with cooking spray and set it aside.

2-Combine the crushed cookie crumbs with the melted butter until they’re completely coated and moist.

3-Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan, using the bottom of a glass to compact it if needed.

4-In a clean bowl, whisk together the instant cheesecake pudding mix and the milk for 1 to 2 minutes until it thickens.

5-Fold in half of the thawed whipped topping (8 oz / 225g) and 2 cups of the chopped strawberries (approximately 300g) until smooth.

6-Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cookie crust.

7-Top the dessert with the remaining whipped topping (8 oz / 225g) and the remaining 2 cups of chopped strawberries (approximately 300g).

8-Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, to let everything set properly.
