Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons butter, melted

– 3 eggs

– 1 cup milk

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 ounces)

– 2 packages frozen chopped spinach (10 ounces each), thawed and drained

– 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

Instructions

1-First Step: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2-Second Step: Spread melted butter in a 13 by 9-inch baking dish so the squares don’t stick.

3-Third Step: In a large bowl, beat the 3 eggs and mix in the 1 cup milk.

4-Fourth Step: Add 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder, then blend until smooth.

5-Fifth Step: Fold in 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 packages thawed and drained chopped spinach, and 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion.

6-Sixth Step: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

7-Seventh Step: Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is set.

8-Final Step: Cool for 30 minutes, then cut into 24 squares (6 rows by 4 rows). Serve warm.
