– 1 cup peeled and diced peaches

Instructions

3-Then, stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined to keep the texture light and fluffy.

4-Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes for mini loaves or 50-55 minutes for a large one.

5-Once done, let it cool slightly before slicing.
