2.5 pounds baby creamer potatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons seasoning blend

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 ½ pounds smoked sausage, cut into bite-size chunks

1 large onion

1 green bell pepper

Half a cup butter, cut into pieces

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the ingredients by halving the potatoes and chopping the sausage, onion, and bell pepper.

2-Mix everything together in a bowl, then transfer to a greased 13×9 inch baking dish and add the butter pieces on top.

3-Cover with foil and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until tender, then let it cool slightly before serving.
