15 g brown sugar
10 g granulated sugar
1 tbsp double cream or heavy cream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
40 g plain flour or all purpose flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
salt
30 g chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions

1-in a bowl, add butter, brown sugar: in a bowl, add butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. mix this together using a spoon or mixer until the butter and sugars are completely combined and the mixture looks soft and creamy.
2-add the heavy cream and vanilla to: add the heavy cream and vanilla to the bowl, and mix those in until combined.
3-add the flour, baking soda and salt,: add the flour, baking soda and salt, and gently mix them in until a dough is formed.
4-add the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips: add the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips and mix them into the cookie dough.
5-place the bowl in the fridge and: place the bowl in the fridge and let the cookie dough chill for at least 30 minutes.
6-around 10-15 minutes before baking, preheat oven: around 10-15 minutes before baking, preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper/baking paper.
