Instructions

3-Add the 1 pound of uncooked medium shrimp (peeled and deveined), 2 cups of fresh snow peas (if using), 1 cup of julienned sweet red pepper, 1 cup of thinly sliced red or white onion, 1 tablespoon of dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
