🍗 This Sheet Pan Chicken with Sweet Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, and Balsamic Glaze is a complete, flavorful one-pan meal that’s easy to prepare.
🥘 It’s perfect for busy nights, combining protein, veggies, and a tangy glaze for a balanced, satisfying dinner.

  • Total Time: 47 minutes

Ingredients

– Sweet potatoes peeled and diced into 3/4-inch cubes

– Brussels sprouts bottoms trimmed and halved

– Olive oil for drizzling

– Bacon slices diced

– Chicken breasts diced into 1 1/4-inch cubes

– Red onion diced into chunks

– Garlic minced

– Fresh rosemary added as needed

– Fresh parsley for sprinkling

– Balsamic glaze store-bought or homemade

Instructions

1-Getting started: Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spraying a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. This simple step sets the stage for a delicious, one-pan meal that combines roasted chicken, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, bacon, and balsamic glaze.

2-Place the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet, then drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle the diced bacon over the vegetables and roast for 15 minutes. After that, remove from the oven and add the diced chicken breasts, red onion, minced garlic, and fresh rosemary, seasoning everything with salt and pepper.

3-Toss to coat evenly and spread into an even layer, making sure chicken pieces don’t overlap. Return to the oven and roast until the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit internally, about 17 to 20 minutes. Finally, drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving immediately for a tasty finish.
