🦈 Dive into the fun and flavorful Shark Attack Frappuccino, a vibrant and cool treat inspired by popular coffee trends.
🍓 This drink combines creamy ice cream with fresh strawberry puree for a visually striking and delicious beverage perfect for summer or themed parties.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

– 4 scoops shark ice cream (or use blue sherbet and vanilla ice cream as alternatives)

– 2 drops light blue gel food coloring

– 1/2 cup milk (plus extra if needed)

– 4 tablespoons sugar

– Whipped topping for garnish

– 1 cup frozen strawberries

– 1/3 cup water

– 1 cup ice

– Shark gummy candies for decoration

– Blue food dust (alternative topping)

Instructions

1-Blend 1 cup frozen strawberries with 1/3 cup water to create a smooth strawberry puree. Use this puree to coat the inside of your serving cup, giving it that eye-catching “blood” effect for the Shark Week theme.

2-In a blender, combine 3 to 4 scoops of shark ice cream with 1/2 cup milk and 1 cup ice. Blend everything until it’s smooth, and add a bit more milk if the mixture feels too thick for your liking.

3-Pour a portion of the blended Frappuccino into the prepared cup, then add a layer of the strawberry puree for that layered look. Top it off with the rest of the Frappuccino mixture to finish building the drink.

4-Garnish the top with whipped topping to add a creamy finish that makes it even more appealing.

5-Mix 1 drop of light blue gel food coloring with the 4 tablespoons of sugar, then sprinkle this blue sugar over the whipped topping. As an alternative, use blue food dust for a similar decorative effect.

🍓 Use real strawberry puree instead of syrup for a striking visual effect.
🥛 Keep extra milk on hand to adjust the drink’s thickness as needed.
