Instructions

1-Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, without using the seasoning packet. Drain and set aside.

2-Heat the sesame oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

3-Sauté the minced garlic for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

4-Remove the skillet from heat and whisk in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha until well combined.

5-Toss the drained noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.

6-Garnish with green onions, peanuts, or sesame seeds as desired.

7-Adjust the sriracha for spice level based on preference, and optionally drizzle additional sesame oil before serving.
