🥐 Start your day with these savory breakfast rolls packed with eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese for a protein-rich morning boost.
🍳 Quick to prepare and bake, these rolls are perfect for busy mornings or weekend brunches with family and friends.

  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 12 rolls 1x

Ingredients

Scale

4 eggs

2 tablespoons of finely diced red bell pepper

1 tablespoon of milk

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

2 cans (8 ounces each) of crescent dough sheets

1/3 cup of whipped chive and onion cream cheese

8 ounces of cooked ground breakfast sausage

4 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon

1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1-Start by whisking together the eggs, red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper to make a fluffy mixture.

2-Scramble the eggs in a pan until they’re just right, and let them cool a bit before assembling.

3-Once your eggs are ready, lay out the dough whether it’s crescent sheets, pizza dough, or bread dough rolled into a rectangle. Spread the whipped chive and onion cream cheese evenly across the dough for a creamy base. Layer on the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to build that delicious filling.

4-Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into 12 equal pieces. Place these pieces cut side up in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and pop them into the oven at 350°F for 24 to 26 minutes until they’re golden brown. For an extra touch, brush with melted butter and garnish with parsley before serving warm.
