– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 6 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 1 ¼ cups white cooking wine

– 4 teaspoons minced garlic

– Juice from half a lemon

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

1- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and sauté until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.

2- Reduce heat to low and melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3- Pour in white cooking wine and lemon juice, stir, and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.

4- Add Italian seasoning, return shrimp to the skillet, and toss to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes to combine flavors.

5- Remove from heat and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Optionally, add fresh parsley before serving.
