– 1 lb (approximately 450 g) chopped fresh pineapple

– 12 oz (about 340 g) fresh blueberries

– 12 oz (about 340 g) red grapes, sliced in halves

– 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped

– 3 mandarin oranges, fresh preferred (or canned in juice/light syrup, drained)

– 2 sliced yellow ripe bananas (optional)

– 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey

– 2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)

– 1 1/2 tablespoons (22 ml) lime juice

Instructions

1-Chop all fruits except blueberries and place them in a large mixing bowl. This step helps mix the colors and flavors evenly.

2-In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime zest, and lime juice to create the dressing. It adds a fresh citrus note that ties everything together.

3-Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to evenly coat just before serving. This keeps the salad crisp and vibrant.
