Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix the pancake mix, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, combine mashed banana, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and oil.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
5. Lightly fold in chocolate chips if using.

7. Lightly sprinkle brown sugar on top, if desired.
