– 15 ounces pure pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling for pumpkin cheesecake

– ¾ cup brown sugar for pumpkin cheesecake

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract for pumpkin cheesecake

– 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice plus extra for dusting for pumpkin cheesecake

Instructions

1-First, start by whipping the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then set it aside for later.

2-Next, beat the cream cheese until it’s light and fluffy to create a smooth base.

3-Mix in the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until everything is thoroughly combined for that spiced goodness.

4-Now, fold one-third of the whipped cream into the pumpkin cheesecake mixture to lighten it up.

5-Cut the angel food cake into small pieces and layer one-third at the bottom of a trifle dish for the foundation.

6-Add a layer of one-third of the pumpkin cheesecake mixture, then top with one-third of the remaining whipped cream to build those creamy layers.

7-Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with whipped cream on top, and sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice if you want an extra kick.

8-Finally, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
