Ingredients
– 6 slices flour tortillas
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
– 8 ounces pizza sauce, divided
– 1 teaspoon garlic salt (optional)
– Pizza toppings of your choice such as sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green peppers
Instructions
1-Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
2-Pour half of the pizza sauce (4 ounces) into the bottom of the dish for a flavorful base.
3-Sprinkle 1 teaspoon garlic salt over the sauce if you’re using it for an extra zing.
4-Place one tortilla on a flat surface and add a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese (about ⅓ cup) in the center.
5-Add your desired pizza toppings over the cheese to personalize the flavor.
6-Roll up the tortilla and place it seam side down in the baking dish.
7-Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas until the dish is full.
8-Reserve half a cup (about ½ cup) of shredded mozzarella to sprinkle over the enchiladas before baking.
9-Once all tortillas are rolled and arranged, pour the remaining pizza sauce (4 ounces) evenly over the top.
10-Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top for that gooey finish.
11-Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is nicely browned.
