Instructions
1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven as directed.
2-Assemble the toppings on the bagels: First, arrange the bagel halves cut-side up on a small baking sheet. Spread the marinara evenly on two bagel halves, then top each with 2 tablespoons mozzarella and 6 slices pepperoni. For the remaining bagel halves, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with parmesan, and top each with a slice of prosciutto.
3-Bake the bagels: Bake until the cheese melts, the pepperoni cups, and the prosciutto crisps slightly, about 8 to 10 minutes.
4-Add final garnishes and serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle the pepperoni bagels with parmesan. Add the fig preserves to the prosciutto bagels, then top with arugula and goat cheese, and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
