Ingredients
Large tortillas or gluten-free tortillas
Shredded lettuce or spinach
Avocado (sliced or diced)
Fresh basil
Basil pesto
Grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken (cubed or shredded)
Cooked bacon
Crumbled blue cheese or shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
1-Prepare the Caesar dressing: by combining all dressing ingredients 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 to 2 cloves garlic (minced), and 1/3 cup olive oil in a bowl or jar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2-In a large bowl, toss shredded lettuce, avocado, and fresh basil with half of the prepared Caesar dressing.
3-Warm tortillas in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds. Spread a layer of basil pesto onto each warmed tortilla.
4-Assemble the wraps by adding the tossed salad mixture, grilled chicken, cooked bacon, and cheese on top of the pesto layer.
5-Drizzle the remaining Caesar dressing over the fillings.
6-Fold the sides and ends of each tortilla over the filling and roll tightly, similar to a burrito.
7-Serve immediately at room temperature, or fry the assembled wraps in a skillet with a little olive oil to warm them through before serving.
