Instructions

1-Prep the dish: Grease a 9Γ—13 inch casserole dish and add bread chunks to a bowl.

2-Mix the custard: Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, and cinnamon.

3-Combine and soak: Pour over bread, add bananas, stir, and refrigerate overnight.

4-Bake and top: Bake for 35-40 minutes, add streusel, and bake 5 more minutes.
