Ingredients

1/3 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Tequila
1/4 cup Orange juice
1 Tablespoon Lime juice
2 cups White chocolate
1 Orange zest, zest of one orange
Granulated sugar, for the coating

Instructions

1-Combine orange zest and cream in a: Combine orange zest and cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Warm, but do not boil, for 5 minutes, stirring often.
2-Remove pan from heat and fold in: Remove pan from heat and fold in the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
3-Add the orange juice, lime juice and: Add the orange juice, lime juice and tequila to the melted chocolate; whisk to mix.
4-Pour the white chocolate mixture into an: Pour the white chocolate mixture into an airtight plastic container with a lid or covered in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
5-After the chocolate mix is soft set,: After the chocolate mix is soft set, use a small cookie scoop to portion and roll into balls. Gently roll each ball in a dish of granulated sugar, then place onto a lined baking sheet.
6-Chill for another hour: Chill for another hour.
