🧀 No-Boil Macaroni and Cheese Recipe provides a creamy, comforting dish with minimal prep and cleanup.
⏱️ The uncooked macaroni bakes perfectly in the cheese sauce, saving time without sacrificing flavor or texture.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

– 4 cups milk (2% or higher fat content)

– 1 teaspoon table salt

– 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder

– 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

– 8 ounces processed cheese, sliced into 1/2-inch thickness

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided use)

– 4 tablespoons salted butter, sliced into 1/2-inch thickness

Instructions

1-In the baking dish, mix together the milk, salt, and dry mustard powder until well combined.

2-Pour in the uncooked macaroni, spreading it evenly across the dish.

3-Add the sliced processed cheese and half of the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the macaroni.

4-Top with the sliced butter, gently pushing it under the milk mixture to help it melt evenly.

5-Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes, checking around 40 minutes to see if the macaroni is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.

6-Remove the foil and sprinkle on the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

7-Bake uncovered for another 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.
