Ingredients

– Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar

– Fresh lemon juice

– Grated fresh ginger

– Raw honey (optional)

Instructions

1-Mix Bases: Combine 1 to 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar with the juice of 1/2 to 2 medium fresh lemons in a glass or jar.

2-Add Flavor: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger and 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw honey (if desired) until the honey dissolves fully.

3-Pour Water: Add 1 to 2 cups of warm or filtered water and stir gently to blend all ingredients.

4-Optional Strain: For a smoother drink, strain the ginger pulp before serving.

5-Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and add more honey or water to suit your preference.

6-Serve: Best enjoyed slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning for maximum effect. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
