🧀 These Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are filled with melty cheese surprises that deliver a deliciously rich, cheesy experience in every bite.
🍴 Perfect as a comforting snack or appetizer, they are easy to make and guaranteed to impress with their golden, buttery crust and oozy center.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 8 biscuits (8 biscuit bombs)

Ingredients

– One 8-count package buttermilk biscuits forms the base for a fluffy exterior

– Four sticks, each cut into eight parts mozzarella string cheese creates the melty, cheesy center

– Four tablespoons unsalted butter, melted adds richness and helps with browning

– One tablespoon finely minced garlic boosts savory flavor notes

– Two tablespoons finely chopped parsley brings fresh, herbal taste

– A pinch fine sea salt balances and enhances overall taste

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (about 200 degrees Celsius).

2-Separate the biscuits and cut each in half, flattening each piece to about a quarter inch thick.

3-Mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.

4-Place two pieces of mozzarella in the center of each dough piece, fold over, and seal the edges tightly. Form a ball with the seam down on a light-colored baking sheet.

5-Brush each ball with the butter mixture.

6-Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.

7-Brush again with the butter mixture after baking and serve warm.

🧈 Using large buttermilk biscuit dough ensures the bombs are fluffy and soft.
🧄 Fresh minced garlic is best for flavor, but garlic powder can substitute if needed.
🍽️ Light-colored baking sheets prevent burning the bottoms and help with even baking.
