Ingredients

– 8-10 radishes, quartered

– 1 lemon, sliced

– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

– 1 medium cucumber, cut into spears

– 1 cup artichoke hearts (marinated, drained)

– 4-6 figs, halved

– 1/2 cup chickpeas, roasted for garnish

– 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped for garnish

– 1/4 of a medium cucumber, sliced into ribbons for garnish

– 1 tablespoon olive oil for garnish

– 4-6 small rounds pita bread, warmed and cut into wedges

– 1 cup garlic hummus

– 1 cup tzatziki

– 8-10 dolmas (stuffed grape leaves)

– 1/2 cup green olives

– 8-10 goat cheese-stuffed peppadews

– 1 cup tabbouleh

– 1/2 cup marinated feta, cubed

– approx. 2-3 tbsp goat cheese (within stuffed peppadews)

– 1/2 cup halloumi, cubed/sliced, pan-fried if desired

– 1/2 cup tulum cheese, cubed/sliced, pan-fried if desired

– 1/2 cup shanklish, cubed/sliced, pan-fried if desired

Instructions

1-Place hummus, tzatziki, and olives into separate small bowls.

2-Arrange these three bowls spaced evenly across a large serving board to act as anchors.

3-Around the tzatziki bowl, arrange the dolmas, marinated feta cubes, and halved cherry tomatoes.

4-Around the hummus bowl, arrange the tabbouleh and drained artichoke hearts.

5-Around the outer edge of the board, arrange the cucumber spears, goat cheese-stuffed peppadews, pita bread wedges, and quartered radishes.

6-Fill any remaining empty spaces on the board with the halved figs.

7-Garnish the hummus by drizzling with olive oil and sprinkling with roasted chickpeas.

8-Garnish the tzatziki by topping with chopped parsley and cucumber ribbons.

9-Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
