– 1 cup ice cubes

– Whipped cream

– Fresh mango slices

– Fresh strawberry slices

– Mango or strawberry syrup for drizzling

– Frozen mango and strawberries

– Vanilla ice cream and milk

– Honey, sugar, vanilla syrup

Instructions

1-Gather ingredients and prepare your blender:

2-Blend and chill the mango layer first: Blend the 240 g frozen mango chunks with 120 ml mango or orange juice, 15 ml honey or granulated sugar if you like it sweeter, 1 cup ice cubes, and a few drops of orange or yellow food coloring for extra vibrancy. Once smooth, chill it in the fridge.

3-Blend and chill the strawberry layer next: Mix 170 g frozen strawberries with 120 ml strawberry juice or water, 15 ml granulated sugar if desired, 1 cup ice cubes, and a few drops of red food coloring. Blend until smooth and then chill that too.

4-Create the creamy top layer: For the cream layer, blend 150 g vanilla ice cream with 120 ml milk, 15 ml vanilla syrup, and 1 cup ice cubes until it’s creamy and thick.

5-Layer in glasses and add garnishes: Now, assemble in glasses: Pour the mango mixture first, then gently add the strawberry layer over it, and top with the cream layer. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh mango slices, fresh strawberry slices, and a drizzle of mango or strawberry syrup. Serve right away to enjoy the full flavors. Tips for keeping layers distinct include chilling each mixture, pouring slowly over the back of a spoon, and using a clean blender for each step.
