Ingredients
– 2 Earl Grey tea bags
– 1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
– 1 cup hot water
– 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
– ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– Pinch of cinnamon
– Optional: pinch of culinary lavender or flavored syrup (e.g., lavender syrup)
Instructions
Steep the tea: Boil 1 cup of water and place 2 Earl Grey tea bags (and lavender if using) into two mugs. Pour ½ cup hot water into each and steep for 3 to 5 minutes based on preferred strength. Remove the tea bags and gently squeeze to extract extra flavor.
Heat the oat milk: While the tea steeps, warm 1 cup of oat milk on the stovetop or in the microwave until steaming but not boiling to preserve the creamy texture.
Froth the milk: Use a milk frother or whisk vigorously to create a light foam. Adjust frothing to preferred creaminess or lightness.
Sweeten and flavor: Stir 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey and 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract into each mug of tea. Taste and adjust sweetness and vanilla intensity as desired.
Combine and serve: Slowly pour the frothed oat milk over the steeped tea, holding back foam with a spoon. Top with the foam and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Optional garnish: Add a pinch of culinary lavender or flavored syrup for added aromatic flair.

🌸 Use any Earl Grey blend you like; lavender or flavored syrups add a unique floral taste.
🥛 Oat milk offers great froth, but other milks work too.
🍯 For a vegan option, choose maple syrup or granulated sugar over honey.
