Instructions
1-Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C) before you start preparing the batter.
2-Prepare the baking pan: Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan, or line with parchment paper.
3-Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
4-Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
5-Add dry ingredients to wet: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just blended.
6-Fill the pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
7-Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
8-Cool the loaf: Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
