🍇 Grapes with Kool Aid offer a fun and flavorful snack that’s both refreshing and satisfying.
❄️ This easy-to-make treat provides a healthy alternative to sugary candies while delighting with vibrant taste and texture.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

– 1 pound (approx. 450g) green seedless grapes

– 3 ounces (85g) package of pre-sweetened powdered fruit-flavored drink mix, any flavor

Instructions

1-The first step involves washing 1 pound of green seedless grapes under cold water in a colander and patting them dry with paper towels. Once that’s done, place the whole grape bunches in the freezer for at least 1 hour to make them firm and easy to handle. This freezing step is key because it helps the grapes hold up when you coat them later it really makes them feel like a special treat, just like that time I surprised my family with a batch after dinner.

2-After freezing, remove the grapes from their stems, which is much simpler now that they’re solid. Then, take the entire 3-ounce package of pre-sweetened powdered fruit-flavored drink mix and empty it into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the frozen, stemless grapes into the bag, seal it up, and gently shake or toss until they’re evenly coated with that colorful powder. Finally, pop them back into the freezer to chill thoroughly before serving for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

❄️ Freezing grapes while still attached to their stems makes removing the stems much simpler once frozen.
🍬 Using a pre-sweetened drink mix is recommended for the best flavor and coating.
🎨 Experiment with different grape varieties and drink mix flavors to create fun variations.
