1-Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.

2-Separate the eggs: Separate the egg whites and yolks into two different bowls carefully, as this is crucial for creating the airy texture.

3-Beat the egg whites: Beat the egg whites with the 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar on high speed until stiff peaks form, then transfer to a separate bowl for later use.

4-Blend the yolks and other ingredients: Beat the 2 ounces of low-fat cream cheese until softened, and add the egg yolks one at a time, blending until smooth. Mix in the 1 teaspoon of Italian herb seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder to add flavor.

5-Fold egg whites into yolk mixture: Gently fold the egg white meringue into the yolk mixture carefully to keep it fluffy, ensuring you preserve the airiness for that cloud-like consistency.
