Ingredients
4 boxes (85 g each) gelatin
2 1/2 cups boiling water
Instructions
1. Lightly spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
2. Dissolve the contents of the gelatin boxes completely in 2 1/2 cups boiling water, preferably in the pan in which you will set them.
3. Pour the gelatin mixture into the prepared pan.
4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until the gelatin is firm.
5. To cut jigglers, dip the bottom of the pan in warm water briefly for about 15 seconds to loosen the gelatin.
6. Use desired cookie cutters to cut shapes from the set gelatin.
7. Lift shapes from the pan using an index finger or small metal spatula. If the pan has a Teflon coating, warm water dipping may not be necessary, or line the pan with plastic wrap before pouring the gelatin.
