Instructions

1-Gather and measure all ingredients precisely to ensure consistency and avoid mistakes.

2-In a small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, fresh lemon juice, finely chopped fresh parsley, honey, dried oregano, grated garlic, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper until well combined and emulsified.
