3 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon amaretto liqueur

1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions
1-Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray to make removal easy later.
2-Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until it’s completely smooth watch it closely so it doesn’t burn!
3-In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it’s nice and smooth.
4-Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating on low speed until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
5-Mix in the melted white chocolate, almond extract, Amaretto liqueur, salt, and chopped almonds. If you want a fun green hue, add food coloring here!
6-Stir in the chopped pistachios to add that irresistible crunch.
7-Spread the mixture evenly in your prepared pan for an even layer.
8-For a festive touch, garnish with whole pistachios and red and green maraschino cherries.
9-Pop it in the fridge until it’s firm, which takes about 35 minutes.
10-Once set, store it in an airtight container in the fridge and take it out when you’re ready to serve it stays fresh for a month!
