⏲️ This Instant Pot Spaghetti recipe delivers a delicious, hearty meal ready in minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.
🍝 Combining ground meat with flavorful sauces and perfectly cooked pasta, it’s a comforting dish everyone will enjoy.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

– 1 pound Italian sausage or ground beef this adds hearty protein and rich flavor to the dish.

– 1/2 teaspoon salt helps balance the flavors and enhances the meat’s taste.

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder brings in that essential garlic note without chopping fresh cloves.

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder adds a subtle onion depth that mixes well with the other spices.

– 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or more if you like it bold) infuses the meal with herbs for an authentic feel.

– 1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce forms the tasty base that ties everything together.

– 36 ounces water (that’s about 1 1/2 times the jar size for perfect cooking) ensures the pasta cooks evenly under pressure.

– 1 (14.5 ounce) can tomato sauce boosts the sauce’s body and adds extra tomato goodness.

– Spaghetti pasta (break it in half; amount can vary, but aim for what serves your crowd) the star of the show for that classic noodle texture.

Instructions

1-First, set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the 1 pound of Italian sausage or ground beef. This browns the meat and builds flavor right away.

2-Season the meat with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Stir and cook until it’s fully browned, then turn off the pot and drain any extra grease if needed.

3-Next, place the broken spaghetti on top of the cooked meat in the pot. Pour in the 1 (24 ounce) jar of spaghetti sauce, 1 (14.5 ounce) can of tomato sauce, and 36 ounces of water over the pasta.

4-Use a spoon to gently push the spaghetti down so it’s covered by the liquid. This helps it cook evenly without sticking.

5-Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 8 minutes. Once it’s done, do a quick release to open it safely.

6-Finally, stir everything well before serving to mix in the sauce and noodles perfectly. The total time is just about 15 minutes, with 5 minutes prep and 10 minutes cooking.
