Instructions

1-Start: Start by preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. This sets the stage for roasting the nuts and pork, adding a tasty crunch to your Honeycrisp apple salad. Gather all your fresh produce to keep things organized and fun.

2-Toss and Roast: Toss the pecans, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon together in a bowl, then spread them in a single layer on the baking sheet. Place the sliced prosciutto on another part of the sheet and roast everything for 10-15 minutes until the nuts are toasted and the pork turns crisp. Once done, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on the nuts for extra flavor.

3-Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the arugula or massaged kale with the thinly sliced Honeycrisp apples, diced avocado, and pomegranate arils.
