1 egg

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray to keep things from sticking.

2-Using a mixer with a paddle attachment, thoroughly mix together the butter, brown sugar, honey, egg, and water until smooth and combined.

3-Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then stir in the oatmeal to blend the dry ingredients evenly.

4-Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix well. Don’t forget to stir in any optional ingredients like raisins or chocolate chips for extra flair.

5-Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them out for even baking.

6-Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, watching for that perfect golden edge.
