1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
raisins

2-Using a mixer with a paddle attachment, thoroughly mix together the butter, brown sugar, honey, egg, and water until smooth and combined.
3-Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then stir in the oatmeal to blend the dry ingredients evenly.
4-Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix well. Don’t forget to stir in any optional ingredients like raisins or chocolate chips for extra flair.
5-Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them out for even baking.
6-Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, watching for that perfect golden edge.
7-Cool cookies on a wire rack to let them set before enjoying.
