🍬 These low‑calorie homemade gummies satisfy sweet cravings while letting you control the ingredients.
🍓 Made with just fruit juice, honey, and gelatin, they’re a healthy, fun snack for kids and adults alike.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 30 gummies (about 7 g each)

Ingredients

– 1/3 cup fruit juice (any clear or slightly acidic juice such as apple, orange, cranberry, grape, lemonade, or limeade, approximately 80 ml)

– 2 Tbsp honey (approximately 30 g)

– 2 tsp optional sweetener like stevia or granulated sugar (approximately 8 g)

– 2 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin powder (approximately 7 g)

– 1 Tbsp water (for blooming the gelatin, approximately 15 ml)

Instructions

1-Prepare the molds by placing silicone gummy molds on a baking tray for stability.

2-Heat the juice mixture by combining the fruit juice, honey, and optional sweetener in a small saucepan; bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat.

3-Cool briefly by letting the hot liquid sit for about 3 minutes so it’s warm, not scalding.

4-Bloom the gelatin by stirring it into the 1 Tbsp water until it thickens without lumps.

5-Combine by adding the bloomed gelatin to the warm juice mixture, stirring continuously with a spoon until fully dissolved skip the whisking to keep bubbles out.

6-Fill the molds using an eye-dropper or small syringe, filling each cavity to the brim.

7-Chill the filled molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.

8-Release the gummies by popping them out of the molds and storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
