Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. Mash very ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
3. Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
4. Stir in brown sugar, eggs, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
5. Sprinkle in baking soda and mix to distribute evenly.
6. Gently fold in all-purpose flour, being careful not to overmix.
7. If desired, add optional ingredients like nuts, chocolate chips, or raisins.
8. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan, spreading evenly.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
10. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
11. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
12. Enjoy fresh, or store in an airtight container. Can also be frozen for later.
