Instructions
1-Position one oven rack at the lowest level and line it with foil to catch drippings.
2-Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and place the top rack in the middle position with enough space between the racks.
3-Warm 4 tortillas at a time in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds to make them pliable.
4-Lightly spray or brush both sides of all tortillas with non-stick cooking spray.
5-Using tongs, drape each tortilla over two bars of the oven rack and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
6-Remove the tortillas carefully with tongs and let them cool slightly before filling.
