🍲 This Easy Hamburger Soup combines simple ingredients into a hearty, nutritious meal that’s quick to prepare.
🥄 Perfect for busy days, it delivers rich flavor and wholesome vegetables in every comforting bowl.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

– 1 pound lean ground beef

– 1 diced onion

– 2 cloves minced garlic

– 2 medium peeled and diced potatoes

– 3 ½ cups beef broth

– 28 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juices

– 10.75 ounces condensed tomato soup

– 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

– 1 teaspoon seasoning

– 1 bay leaf

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables or fresh chopped vegetables

Instructions

1-First, brown the onion, ground beef, and garlic in a pot until no pink remains, then drain any excess fat to keep things light.

2-Next, add the potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes with their juices, condensed tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning, and bay leaf to the pot.

3-Cover and simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors start blending.

4-Stir in the vegetables and continue simmering for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender for that perfect bite.

5-Finally, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed, then serve it up hot for a comforting finish. Try our zucchini corn chowder for another vegetable-packed option that pairs well with this soup.

Notes

🍗 Substitute ground beef with ground turkey or other ground meats for variation.
🥕 Use frozen vegetables to save prep time or fresh vegetables for more texture.
🍝 For a pasta twist, replace potatoes with 1 1/2 to 2 cups uncooked pasta and add extra broth; simmer until pasta is tender.
