12 eggroll wrappers
12 slices honey ham, thinly sliced
12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese)

Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. This sets the stage for even baking and easy cleanup. Lay an eggroll wrapper in a diamond shape on your work surface, just like preparing a fun wrap for lunch.
Place one slice of honey ham in the center of the wrapper, then add one mozzarella stick on top. Fold the sides over the filling and roll it tightly into an eggroll shape to seal in all that gooey goodness.
1- Place the rolled stick seam-side down on the baking sheet and repeat for all wrappers.
2- Brush each one lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt for extra flavor.
3- Bake for 12 15 minutes until golden brown, then flip and bake for another 4 5 minutes until browned on all sides.
