🎄 This Grinch Fudge Recipe brings festive colors and a creamy chocolate flavor that’s perfect for holiday celebrations.
🍫 It’s a fun and easy treat to make that combines sweetness with a playful green twist, sure to delight kids and adults alike.

  • Total Time: 12 minutes plus chilling time
  • Yield: 25 pieces 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 ⅔ cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Pinch of salt

A few drops of green gel paste food coloring

25 heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

1-First, line an 8-inch square baking pan with lightly greased parchment paper or non-stick foil to make removal easy later.

2-Next, place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at 70% power for 90 seconds, then stir to melt fully using the residual heat. If needed, continue in 15-second intervals at 70% power until the chips are mostly melted for that perfect smooth base.

3-Once melted, stir in the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth, and add a pinch of salt if you want a bit more flavor.

4-Then, mix in a few drops of green gel paste food coloring until you reach your desired shade of green, capturing those festive fudge colors.

5-Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and press the 25 heart-shaped sprinkles into the top, arranging them in 5 rows by 5 columns for even distribution.

6-Finally, chill the pan in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours, or longer for a firmer texture overnight works great.

7-Once set, cut into squares and serve your homemade Grinch fudge.

Notes

🍫 Microwave chocolate chips until about three-quarters melted, then stir to melt fully to prevent overheating.
🍯 For thinner condensed milk, add an extra one-third cup of white chocolate chips to help the fudge set.
❄️ If fudge is not firm enough, place it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes before cutting.
