⏱️ This easy recipe requires just a few minutes to prepare, making it perfect for on-the-go energy and satisfying your cookie dough cravings without baking.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (runny, made from roasted peanuts only)

– ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (vanilla Greek yogurt can be substituted, but omit the maple syrup if you do)

– 1 tablespoon maple syrup

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

– 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (unflavored protein powder or collagen can be substituted)

– 3 to 4 tablespoons oat flour (almond flour or all-purpose flour can be substituted; remember to heat-treat raw flour for safety)

– Pinch of salt

– 3 tablespoons mix-ins of choice (such as chocolate chips, oats, nuts, or pretzels)

Instructions

1-In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

2-Stir in the protein powder, oat flour, and salt until fully combined, creating a thick, dough-like mixture.

3-Add your chosen mix-ins and stir again to distribute them evenly.

4-Place the mixture in the freezer for about 5 minutes to chill and firm up slightly.

5-If the dough is too thin, adjust by adding oat flour one teaspoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.

Notes

🍫 Choose a protein powder flavor you enjoy to avoid chalky taste; unflavored collagen is a good alternative.
❄️ Freezing the dough for a few minutes improves texture and flavor.
🌾 Adjust oat flour amount for desired consistency, and heat-treat all-purpose flour if used to ensure safety.
