– 2 pounds ground chicken for muscle support
– 10 cloves garlic for meatloaves for antioxidant properties and immune health
– 3 cloves garlic for sauce for antioxidant properties and immune health
– 3 ounces Parmesan cheese per section for calcium and bone strength
Instructions
1-Divide the mixture into 12 portions, about 3 tablespoons each, and shape into balls. Place them in the muffin tin and sprinkle with additional Parmesan if you want extra cheesiness.
2-Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until the internal temperature hits 165°F (74°C). Let them rest for 5 minutes trust me, this step locks in the juices.
3-For the cream sauce, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté 3 garlic cloves for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4-Stir in 1 tablespoon flour and cook for 1 minute to make a roux, then gradually whisk in 1½ cups heavy cream. Cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
5-Finally, mix in 3 ounces grated Parmesan and ¼ teaspoon salt until smooth, then stir in 1 tablespoon parsley. Serve the meatloaves drizzled with this sauce for a creamy finish.
