Ingredients
2 pounds steak (such as top sirloin, New York strip, tenderloin, or ribeye), cut into 1-inch pieces
½ tablespoon avocado oil
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons butter or ghee
6 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Green onion for garnish
Instructions
1. Pat the steak pieces dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, mixing until well coated.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil. Once hot, place steak in a single layer and sear for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side until browned. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
3. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside. Reduce heat to medium and add butter or ghee. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Return steak bites to the pan and stir to coat them with the garlic butter sauce. Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley. Garnish with sliced green onion and serve immediately.

🔥 Use a tender cut of steak and a very hot skillet for a good sear.
🥒 Customize by adding quick-cooking vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers, or onions after searing the steak.
⏰ If desired, marinate the steak in olive oil and soy sauce for added flavor, adjusting seasoning to avoid excess saltiness.
