1/3 cup all-purpose flour

12 ounces evaporated milk, or half & half, or heavy cream

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

Instructions

1-Prepare all ingredients by peeling and dicing the potatoes, chopping the onions, and mincing the garlic. Gather broth, milk, and seasonings to keep things organized.
